Karina JensenJoin this online, interactive fireside chat where ClearAction Continuum CCO Lynn Hunsaker will interview Karina Jensen, who is Founder and Managing Director of Global Minds Network (GMN), where she has ensured organizational readiness and strategic alignment for the introduction of new programs, products and services across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific for companies such as Adobe, Hyperion (now Oracle), NEC, and Symantec. GMN offers strategic design, facilitation, and training services for accelerating multicultural collaboration and innovation performance.

She is also Practice Director at the Centre for Leadership and Effective Organisations and a Professor of Global Innovation and Leadership at NEOMA Business School in France. She designed and launched the Empower Social Entrepreneurship Program to create opportunities for high potential youth, involving local business schools and non-profit organizations in Kathmandu. Karina earned her PhD at ESCP Europe and she speaks 5 languages. She is author of Leading Global Innovation: Facilitating Multicultural Collaboration and International Market Success.
