Formerly, Ian was Customer Experience Lead at House with No Steps, Customer Experience Delivery Manager at OfficeWorks, and Agile/UX/Digital Producer at Wilson Evergard Advertising, Molten Mango, and Polyrox Engineering. Ian received a 2019 CX Impact Award from CXPA and he is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP). He is a Design League Coach for Interaction Design Foundation (IDF).
