Lynn is certified in Interaction Styles, Temperaments, Cognitive Dynamics, and CPI 260, and she is a Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner, Certified Professional Marketer, Certified Quality Manager, and Certified Customer Experience Professional. She has an Associate Degree in Psychology and BS and MBA in International Marketing. Lynn taught 24 university semester courses, and she is an award-winning past president of Silicon Valley American Marketing Association and two-time past president of Bay Area Association for Psychological Type.
